These Terms of Service govern your use of the Doré Life website and services. By using our platform, booking a workshop, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Doré Life is operated from Sweden, and these terms are intended to comply with applicable Swedish and EU law.

Our services

Doré Life is a cultural platform offering online and in-person workshops taught by independent teachers, a shop selling books and cultural objects, and related content such as a podcast and library.

Accounts

You may need to create an account to book workshops or make purchases. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login credentials secure.

Workshops and bookings

When you book a workshop, you enter into an agreement to attend the session at the scheduled time. Workshops are delivered by independent teachers, and schedules, content, and availability are set by them.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure workshops take place as described, but we may need to reschedule or cancel a session, in which case we will notify you.

Payments and pricing

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed at the time of booking or purchase through our payment providers.

Cancellations and refunds

If we cancel a workshop, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund. Refunds for cancellations made by you are subject to the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking.

As a consumer in the EU, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for certain purchases, in line with applicable law.

Shop purchases

Physical and digital products are described as accurately as possible. Delivery times and any shipping costs are shown at checkout. Returns of physical goods are handled in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

Teachers

Teachers offering workshops through Doré Life are independent and responsible for the content and conduct of their sessions. Additional terms may apply to teachers under a separate agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on the platform, including text, images, course materials, and the Doré Life name and branding, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our platform lawfully and respectfully, and not to disrupt the service, infringe others' rights, or misuse any content or materials.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Doré Life is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, without affecting your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
